| 1. Amendments were made on Note 3 (Profit/(loss) after tax and minority interest) of Part A2. Also, the interest expense in the individual 4th quarter of finanacial year ended 31 December, 2001 (Note 3 of Part A3) was amended. 2. Final dividend of 6% tax exempt has been proposed, amounting to RM3.6 million for financial year ended 31 December, 2002. Dividends proposed during the individual quarter in both the current year and preceding year were added. |
