| Ammendment to effect the proposed dividend of 5% less 28% taxation in respect of the financial year ended December 31,2005. As a result, the net dividend per share is restated as 3.6 sen (previously stated as Nil in the earlier announcement dated 22/2/2006). Similarly, note 24 of the Notes To the Accounts have been amended to reflect the proposed dividend. |
