| The above figures consist of continuing and discontinued operations of the Group. For the preceding year corresponding individual quarter ended 31 December 2011, the Company declared a final dividend of 2.0 sen per share less 25% income tax and a distribution of one (1) treasury share for every forty (40) ordinary shares held. Total dividends for the preceding year ended 31 December 2011 was 4.5 sen per share less 25% income tax and a distribution of one (1) treasury share for every forty (40) ordinary shares held. |
