Remarks :
The following amendments were made to the financial reports for the year ended 31 December 2003:

1) Basic earnings/(loss) per share for the current quarter ended 31/12/2003 should be -1.77 sen instead of 0.00 sen.
2) We have inserted the comparatives for condensed consolidated statement of changes in equity for the year ended 31 December 2003.
3) We have added in an additional paragraph to Explanatory Note no. 1.
