Remarks :
The Directors recommend a final dividend of 4% less 25% tax totalling RM2,825,672 in respect of the year ended 31 December 2011, which is subject to the approval by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. This proposed dividend has not been included in the financial statements.
