Remarks :
The Directors recommend a final single tier dividend of 3% totalling RM2,823,812.00 in respect of the year ended 31 December 2012, which is subject to the approval by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. This proposed dividend has not been included in the financial statements.
