| Amendments made to item 6 - Dividend per share, item 7 - Net assets per share and item B1 - Review of Performance disclosed in the notes to the Financial Report attached. The Directors have recommended a first and final dividend of 12 sen per share, and a special dividend of 5 sen per share, tax exempt, amounting to RM136 million for the financial year ended 31 December 2005. The dates of entitlement and payment will be announced at a later date. |
