| The Board recommends a first and final tax exempt dividend of 8.5 sen per share in respect of financial year ended 31 March 2006. This recommendation will be proposed for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General meeting. A first and fina tax exempt dividend of 8.5 sen per share in respect of financial year ended 31 March 2005 was paid on 15 November 2005. |
