Remarks : 
Under item 6, following the change of the Trust's income distribution frequency from quarterly to semi-annually distributions effective from the financial quarter ended 31 March 2020, the Manager has declared a final distribution of 2.8373 sen per unit for the six months period from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2020. The total income distribution paid and declared for the financial year ended 30 June 2020 is 6.7115 sen per unit, representing approximately 90% of the total distributable income, which is tax exempt at the Trust level under the amended Section 61A of the Income Tax Act 1967. The income distribution declared for the previous financial quarter and financial year ended 30 June 2019 were 2.0989 sen per unit and 7.8711 sen per unit, respectively, representing approximately 100% of the total distributable income for the previous financial quarter and financial year, respectively.
