Remarks :
These are the third interim financial statements on the consolidated results for the fourth quarter ended 31 August 2007 announced by Melati Ehsan Holdings Berhad ("the Company" or "MEHB") in compliance with Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's ("Bursa Securities") requirements in conjunction with the admission of the Company to the Main Board of Bursa Securities. As this is the third quarterly report being drawn out after the Group was conceived on 3 January 2007, there are no comparative consolidated figures for the preceding financial year's corresponding quarter.
