Remarks :
Proposed dividend comprise of single tier cash dividend of 2.5 sen per share and special share dividend distribution from Treasury Shares on the basis of 1 share for every 110 existing shares held at the entitlement date based on the company’s share price of RM1.65 on 31 December 2012, which is equivalent to a single tier gross cash dividend of 1.5 sen.
