| Proposed dividend comprise of single tier cash dividend of 2.5 sen per share and special single tier share dividend distribution from Treasury Shares on the basis of 1 share for every 180 existing shares held at the entitlement date based on the Company's share price of RM1.21 on 31 December 2014 which is equivalent to a single tier gross cash dividend of 0.67 sen. The net assets per share attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent (Ringgit Malaysia) as at preceding financial year ended 31 December 2013 was based on the audited financial statements. |
