Remarks :
The Board of Directors has recommended a final tax exempt (single-tier) dividend of 5 sen per ordinary share of 50 sen each in respect of financial year ended 31 December 2012 subject to approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company, the entitlement date in respect of the final dividend and the date of payment will be announced at a later date.
