Remarks : 
The condensed statement of comprehensive income should be read in conjunction with the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2013 and the accompanying explanatory notes attached to the interim financial statements.

As announced on 11 February 2015, the financial year end has been changed from 31 December to 30 June to cover the eighteen (18) months period from 1 January 2014 to 30 June 2015 and thereafter, to end 30 June each year. 

Accordingly, there are no direct comparative figures for the cumulative quarter.

The Company paid a single tier dividend of RM0.08 sen per ordinary share of RM0.01 each on 8th April 2015 based on 235,625,000 ordinary shares of RM0.01 sen each. The Board recommended an interim single tier dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share of RM1.00 each based on 1,334,777,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in respect of the financial quarter ended 30th June 2015.
