An interim dividend of approximately 5.38 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2022 has been declared by way of a single tier interim dividend (cash dividend) of 3 sen per ordinary share and a share dividend distribution of treasury shares on the basis of 1 treasury share for every 50 existing shares, equivalent to approximately 2.38 sen per ordinary share based on the book cost of treasury shares held. |
