For the financial year ended 31 March 2015: (a) an interim dividend of 3 sen per share under the single tier system was approved and declared by the Board of Directors on 26 February 2015 and subsequently paid on 16 April 2015; and (b) a final single tier dividend of 3 sen per share will be recommended for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
