| 1. Quarterly Report (Amended) for the Second Quarter ended 30 June 2012. 2. Dividend was declared after the reporting period and should not be recognised as liability at the end of the reporting period. We have amended the Statement of Fianacial Position by removing the dividend payable under current liabilities and adjusted retained profits accordingly. The other pages affected are page 4, Statement of Changesin Equity and Note 24. 3. In addition we have amended Note 26 to reflect the dividend payable for year ended 31 December 2012, instead of period ended 30 June 2012. |

| item 6: Proposed/Declared dividend per share current year quarter : 5.0 sen preceding year quarter : 8.30 sen On 23 April 2012, the company undertook a subdivision of its shares from 642,000 ordinary shares of RM1,000 each to 1,284,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each. For the Cumulative Quarter preceding year corresponding period (30 June 2011), the actual amount declared was RM165.99 per ordinary shares but an adjustment was made to show the effect based on the subdivision of shares. |
