Included in the proposed/declared dividend per share for the current year quarter ended 30 June 2017 is the first interim single-tier tax exempt dividend of 1 sen per share, in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2018, which was declared on 25 August 2017 and the Entitlement Date will be determined and announced in due course. This dividend has not been reflected in the financial statements for the financial period ended 30 June 2017 but it will be accounted for in shareholders' equity as an appropriation of retained profits for the next quarter ending 30 September 2017. |
