Remarks : 
The Board of Directors proposed a final single tier dividend of 2.0 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 April 2015 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of Solid Automotive Berhad.   The entitlement and payment date will be determined at a later date.
