| Remarks : |
The Company's audited profit before tax, profit for the period and profit attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent for the financial year 2015 had been restated following a prior year adjustment by Lekir Bulk Terminal Sdn. Bhd., a 20%-owned associate company of Tuah Utama Sdn. Bhd. which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, as explained in Note 2 of the fourth quarter financial report of 2016 attached hereto. As a result of the adjustment, basic earnings per share and net assets per share attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent had also been restated to reflect the changes. |
