| (a) Certain comparative figures have been restated to conform with the requirements of the new MASB standards and recognition of share of capital reserves arising from deemed disposal that have been applied retrospectively. (Refer Note 1(c) for further details). (b) Dividend per share as at end of current quarter included a final dividend of 9.00 sen (2002 : 5.00 sen) per share, less 28% taxation. These financial statements do not reflect this final dividend which will be accrued as a liability in the year ending 31 July 2004 when approved by shareholders. |
