At the 36th Annual General Meeting, the shareholders approved a final single tier dividend comprising the following in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2014:-
- Share dividend on the basis of 1.3 treasury share for every 100 existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in the Company ("Share Dividend").
The entitlement date and payment date of the Share Dividend was on 25 June 2015 and 15 July 2015 respectively. |
