The Board of Directors had declared a second interim single-tier share dividend comprising the following in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2019:-
-Share dividend on the basis of 3 treasury shares for every 100 existing ordinary shares held in the Company ("Share Dividend")
The entitlement date and payment date of the Share Dividend were on 20 September 2019 and 4 October 2019 respectively. |
