| Item 6 - Proposed/Declared Dividend The Directors have declared an interim dividend of 3.0 sen or 3.0% per ordinary share less tax at 27% (2006: 3.0 sen or 3.0% per ordinary share less tax at 28%) on 28 August 2007 in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2007, which will be payable to shareholders on Friday, 23 November 2007. The interim dividend will amount to RM9.636 million and will be reflected in the financial statements for the quarter ending 30 September 2007. |
