Remarks :
The Board of Directors is recommending a first and final tax exempt (single-tier) dividend of 1.5% (1.5 sen per share) on 102,850,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2012, subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
