Remarks :
The Board of Directors of OCB Berhad ("the Company") is recommending a first and final tax exempt (single tier) dividend of 1.5% (1.5 sen per share) for the financial year ended 31 December 2013, for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
