Remarks :
The Board of Directors of OCB Berhad ("the Company") is recommending a first and final tax exempt (single-tier) dividend of 2.0% (2.0 sen per share) in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2014, for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
