Item (6) above was in relation to the first interim single tier dividend of 2 sen (30.9.2016: 2 sen) per Ordinary Share for the financial year ending 31 December 2017 declared on 5 July 2017 and paid out on 11 August 2017. On 3 July 2017, the company declared a single tier dividend of 2% (30.9.2016: 2%) (based on the issue price of RM1.00) for the financial year ending 31 December 2017 per Redeemable Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares (RCPS) and paid out on 10 August 2017 (Refer Note A6). |
