Remarks :
The Board of Directors is recommending the following dividends in respect of the current financial year :
- A first and final cash dividend of 5%, tax exempt; and
- A distribution of share dividend on the basis of one (1) Parkson Holdings Berhad ("PHB") treasury share
for every one hundred (100) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in PHB, fractions of treasury shares to be disregarded.
