Remarks : 
Note 6 : Dividend - In respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2015:
a)  On 8 August 2014, a total of 61,703,857 treasury shares were distributed as share dividend on the basis of three (3) treasury shares for every fifty (50) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in the Company, fractions of treasury shares being disregarded; and
b)  On 26 March 2015, a total of 50,954,468 treasury shares were distributed as share dividend on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every twenty (20) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in the Company, fractions of treasury shares being disregarded.
