Note 6: Proposed/Declared dividend per share
Total dividend for the current financial year :
- In respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2016, the Board of Directors had on 4 August 2016 declared a distribution of share dividend on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every twenty (20) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in the Company, fractions of treasury shares to be disregarded;
- Amount per share : Share dividend on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every twenty (20) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in the Company;
- Payment date : 29 August 2016; and
- Entitlement date : 18 August 2016.
