| During the 9 months period from 1.1.14 to 30.9.14, the followings dividends were declared and paid: 1. Interim single tier dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31.12.13 was declared on 14.4.14. This dividend was paid on 23.5.14. 2. Final single tier dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31.12.13 was approved at Annual General Meeting held on 26.6.14. This dividend was paid on 24.9.14. |
