Remarks :
The Company has in May 2016 approved the declaration of the Special Dividend of 6 sen per ordinary share (Exempt from Income Tax) for the financial year ending 31 December 2016 to be payable in 3 tranches, 2 sen for each tranche. The first tranche of the special dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share has been paid to the shareholders on 11 November 2016 and the remaining 2 tranches are to be paid in the first and second quarters of 2017. This Special Dividend of 6 sen is to be paid out from the Third Tranche of Promissory Notes received in March 2016.

A total dividend of 9.5 sen was declared in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2015, which comprises a Special Dividend of 6 sen per ordinary share and a First and Final Single Tier Dividend of 3.5 sen per ordinary share. These 2 dividends were paid in the year 2016.
