| Remarks : |
| Following the restructuring exercise which involved the disposal of subsidiaries on 7 July 2003 and acquisition of Dolomite Berhad on 17 July 2003, the Group posted a pre-tax profit of RM55.577 million in the current quarter. This includes an exceptional gain on disposal of all its subsidiary companies amounting to RM56.372 (as provided by the previous management) prior to the acquisition of Dolomite Berhad. Prior to the acquistion of Dolomite Berhad, the Group registered a pre-tax loss of RM6.638 million (as provided by the previous management) for the period from 1 July 2003 to 16 July 2003. Post the acquisition of Dolomite Berhad on 17 July 2003, the Group registered a pre-tax profit of RM5.843 million for the period from 17 July 2003 to 30 September 2003. |
