| The net assets per share as at end of current quarter and as at preceding financial year end of RM0.72 and RM0.75 respectively were computed based on the enlarged number of issued and fully paid up ordinary shares (net of treasury shares) of RM0.50 each pursuant to the proposed share split exercise as outlined in Note A10. The net assets per share before the proposed share split exercise computed based on the number of issued and fully paid up ordinary shares (net of treasury shares) of RM1.00 each as at end of current quarter and as at preceding financial year end would amount to RM1.44 and RM1.51 respectively. |
