Included in the proposed/declared dividend per share for the current year quarter and current year to date ended 30 September 2022 is a fifth interim single tier dividend of 1.20 sen per share, in respect of financial year ended 30 September 2022, which was declared on 21 October 2022 and paid on 23 November 2022. This dividend has not been reflected in the financial statements for the current year quarter and current year to date ended 30 September 2022 but will be accounted for in equity as an appropriation of retained profits for the next quarter ending 31 December 2022. |
