| Interim dividend The Board of Directors has declared a third interim single-tier tax-exempt dividend of 8.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2012, to be paid on 28 December 2012. The entitlement date for the dividend payment is 14 December 2012. A depositor shall qualify for entitlement to the dividend only in respect of: (i) shaes transferred to the depositor's securities account before 4.00pm on 14 December 2012 in respect of transfers; and (ii) shares bought on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on a cum entitlement basis according to the Rules of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. |
