Remarks :
Tax exempt interim dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ending 30 September 2003 was declared on 6 June 2003 and was paid on 11 July 2003. The Board has proposed a tax exempt final dividend of 3.5 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 September 2003.

Computation of net tangible assets per share as at preceding financial year end (30-9-2002) was based on 95,000,000 ordinary shares.

Computation of net tangible assets per share as at end of current quarter (30-9-2003) was based on 144,771,000 ordinary shares.
