| The Company has on 10 November 2004 declared a First Interim Dividend of 4 sen per ordinary share less 28% Income Tax for the financial year ended 30 September 2004. The entitlement date for the First Interim Dividend is on 7 December 2004 and the payment date is on 13 December 2004. (2003 : Tax Exempt Interim Dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share and Tax Exempt Final Dividend of 3.5 sen per ordinary share.) Net tangible assets ("NTA") per share of RM2-46 as at preceding financial year end was based on 144,771,000 shares. Net tangible assets ("NTA") per share of RM2-04 as at end of current quarter was based on 195,078,333 shares. |
