Remarks :
The net assets per share of RM2.76 as at end of current quarter as compared to the net assets per share of RM2.84 as at preceding financial year end was due to the increase in the number of shares from 229,078,140 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each ("Shares") to 240,532,047 Shares arising from the Bonus Issue of 11,453,907 Shares.
