| On 28 September 2010, the Company declared a First Interim Dividend of 5 sen per ordinary share of RM1-00 each less 25% Malaysian Income Tax for the financial year ended 30 September 2010. The entitlement and payment dates were on 15 October 2010 and 28 October 2010 respectively. The paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from RM229,078,140-00 comprising 229,078,140 ordinary shares of RM1-00 each as at 30 September 2009 to RM240,532,047-00 comprising 240,532,047 ordinary shares of RM1-00 each as at 30 September 2010 arising from the Bonus Issue of 11,453,907 ordinary shares of RM1-00 each which was completed on 22 March 2010. |
