Remarks :
The calculation of net assets per share for 2010 has been adjusted as a result of an increase in the number of shares outstanding pursuant to Share Exchange which was completed on 23 September 2011 via a members' Scheme of Arrangement under Section 176 of the Companies Act, 1965. The adjustment is to reflect the effect of this Share Exchange as if it had occurred at the beginning of year 2010.
