| a) Basic earnings per share (subunit) for individual quarter preceding year corresponding quarter as at 31 October 2011 was 103,500.00 sen. b) Basic earnings per share (subunit) for cumulative quarter preceding year corresponding period as at 31 October 2011 was 472,000.00 sen. c) Declared dividend per share (subunit) for cumulative quarter preceding year corresponding period as at 31 October 2011 was 11,499,891,600.00 sen. d) Dividend declared per share for the cumulative quarter current year todate is as follows: i) The total pre-IPO dividends for the nine-month period ended 31 October 2012 was RM2,738.25 per share, based on 98,238 ordinary shares (31 October 2011: RM114,998,916 per share, based on 2 ordinary shares). ii) The Board of Directors is pleased to declare an interim single-tier dividend of 1.50 sen per ordinary share of RM0.10 each ("Interim Dividend") in respect of the financial year ending 31 January 2013. The Interim Dividend will be paid on 11 January 2013 to depositors whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 21 December 2012. e) Net assets per share attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent as at preceding financial year end was RM4,915.51. |
