| BASIC EARNINGS PER SHARE (SUBUNIT) (a) Individual Quarter - Corresponding Quarter of Preceding Year as at 31/01/2012: 157,100.00 sen. (b) Cumulative Quarter - Corresponding Period of Preceding Year as at 31/01/2012: 641,900.00 sen. PROPOSED/DECLARED DIVIDEND PER SHARE (SUBUNIT) (a) Cumulative Quarter - Corresponding Period of Preceding Year as at 31/01/2012: 11,500,439,402.00 sen. (b) Cumulative Quarter - Current Year To Date comprising: (i) Pre-IPO dividends for the financial year ended 31 January 2013: RM2,738.25 per share, based on 98,238 ordinary shares (31 January 2012: RM5,478.02 per share, based on 98,238 ordinary shares and RM114,998,916 per share, based on 2 ordinary shares). (ii) Post IPO: - Interim Single-Tier Dividend of 1.50 sen per ordinary share of RM0.10 per share, based on 5,198,300,000 ordinary shares. - The Board of Directors is pleased to declare an Interim Single-Tier Dividend of 1.50 sen per ordinary share of RM0.10 each ("Interim Dividend") in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2013.
