Remarks : 
INTERIM DIVIDEND:
The Board of Directors is pleased to declare a Fourth Interim Single-Tier Dividend of 2.75 sen per ordinary share of RM0.10 each ("Interim Dividend") in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2016. This Interim Dividend will be paid on 21 April 2016 and the entitlement date for the dividend payment is 6 April 2016.

FINAL DIVIDEND:
The Board of Directors proposes to recommend for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting a Final Single-Tier Dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share of RM0.10 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2016, to be paid on a date to be determined.
