Remarks : 
INTERIM DIVIDEND:
The Board of Directors is pleased to declare a Fourth Interim Single-Tier Dividend of 3 sen per ordinary share ("Interim Dividend") in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2017. This Interim Dividend will be paid on 27 April 2017 and the entitlement date for the dividend payment is 12 April 2017.

FINAL DIVIDEND:
The Board of Directors proposes to recommend for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting a Final Single-Tier Dividend of 0.50 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2017, to be paid on a date to be determined.
