| Remarks : |
The Board of Directors is pleased to declare a Fourth Interim Single-Tier Dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share ("Inteirm Dividend") in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2021. This Interim Dividend will be paid on 23 April 2021 and the entitlement date for the dividend payment is 9 April 2021.
The Board of Directors also proposes to recommend for shareholders's approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting a Final Single-Tier Dividend of 2.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2021, to be paid on a date to be determined. |
