Remarks : 
The Board of Directors is pleased to declare a First Interim Single-Tier Dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share ("Interim Dividend") in respect of the financial year ending 31 January 2022. The Interim Dividend will be paid on 23 July 2021 and the entitlement date for the Interim Dividend is 9 July 2021.
