The Board of Directors of Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to declare a Fourth Interim Single-Tier Dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share ("Interim Dividend") in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2022. The Interim Dividend will be paid on 29 April 2022 and the entitlement date for the dividend is 15 April 2022.
The Board of Directors has also recommended a Final Single-Tier Dividend of 0.75 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2022 payable on a date to be determined, subject to obtaining shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Tenth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened. |
