| The directors recommend the payment of a first and final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2009 of 1.0 sen gross per share, less current income tax 25% amounting to RM4,588,200 based on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company as at 31 December 2009, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
